The first unscheduled service visit to correct an A/C failure cost us 10 days in the shop. Fifteen days later, we took it to another dealer for a 21-day visit and brought it back one week later for another 10-day stay. For those of you keeping track, that's 41 total days in the shop for an A/C repair. After some research, we learned Audi had a supplier issue and has now changed manufacturer of the A/C compressor. We're happy to report the A/C has been hassle-free since its third replacement last October. Nonetheless, this praiseworthy car continues to be a top choice on the sign-out sheet.
