Nissan Titan To Get A facelift In Chicago

A facelifted Nissan Titan full-size truck will make its debut at next month's Chicago Auto Show, according to a recent report from The Car Connection, citing Nissan sources. No details were given, so it is unknown if the update will be purely cosmetic or if there will be mechanical upgrades as well.

Since its introduction in 2004, the Titan has been little more than an also-ran in the domestic-dominated full-size truck market. With the competition getting fiercer and Toyota fully throwing its hat in with its new Tundra, the Titan stands to take the biggest beating in the truck wars unless something is done to substantially increase its appeal. Hence the Titan's Chicago show appearance.
