Auto News: Ford Expedition, EL Get Fuel Efficient

As gas prices go up, the pressure gets higher for manufacturers to make their full-size vehicles more fuel-friendly. And it looks like Ford will go down that same road with the upcoming Expedition and Expedition EL. Options include a gas/electric hybrid powertrain or a V-8 turbodiesel. If the Expedition does receive a diesel engine, it could be a version of the one coming to the next-generation Super Duty.
